Role Overview: As a Business Systems Developer II, you will develop, integrate, and support solutions across Salesforce and the broader Business Systems environment. You will build Salesforce applications, integrations, extensions, and customizations while troubleshooting production issues and supporting the systems and processes used across the organization. Working with business and technical stakeholders, you will help translate requirements into effective technical solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, and support evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: * Develop software solutions, integrations, extensions, and customizations supporting internal business functions * Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, platform configuration, and other Salesforce capabilities * Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications and systems * Troubleshoot, test, and validate development and production issues, resolving issues with appropriate urgency and documenting solutions * Compile and analyze test results to identify issues and support problem resolution * Support ongoing optimization and automation of business systems and processes * Maintain technical and support documentation for developed solutions and recurring processes * Understanding of software development fundamentals, including object\-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with competing deadlines * Understanding of software development best practices and established departmental standards, policies, and procedures. * Manages Complexity We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
