Assistant Manager - HR Shared Services. Location. Gurgaon. Reporting To. Associate Director - HR Shared Services. Qualification. Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) preferred. Experience. 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a Shared Services environment. Proven experience in HR Operations, Service Delivery, Employee Lifecycle Management, and Team Management. Exposure to HRMS platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent systems.
