Job Title: Assistant Manager - Data Science Company: LatentView Analytics Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Designation : Assistant Manager - Data Science Job Role : We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Lead with 2-3 years of experience to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. This role focuses on creating robust retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, scalable AI agents, and high-performance vector database integrations to power intelligent applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and cloud engineers to deliver production-ready AI services that are efficient, reliable, and secure. * Build RAG pipelines and agentic AI frameworks to enable dynamic, multi-step reasoning. * Implement chunking and embedding strategies to improve document retrieval and context management. * Orchestrate AI agents using LangChain or LangGraph, including MCP-based deployment. * Integrate and manage vector databases for fast, scalable semantic search. * Apply prompt-engineering techniques to enhance LLM performance and reliability. * Utilize Git/GitLab for version control and CI/CD workflows. * Develop and deploy solutions on AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, S3, and EventBridge. * Work cross-functionally with cloud, product, and engineering teams to ensure best practices for scalability and security. Experience : 2-3 years * Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. * 3+ years of Python development experience with at least 1+ years focused on LLMs and Gen-AI RAG based agentic applications. * Proven experience with chunking, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation. * Strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks and MCP-based deployments. * Hands-on experience with Git/GitLab and AWS cloud services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EventBridge). * Proficiency in vector databases and semantic search architectures. * Expertise in prompt engineering and performance optimization of LLMs. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. * LangChain or LangGraph orchestration experience is preferred.
