Responsibilities * Analyze service sales and operations data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights that improve sales performance * Maintain and track sales and operations dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports to ensure up\-to\-date performance monitoring * Support sales performance reviews and conduct ad\-hoc business analyses to inform strategic decisions * Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports to maintain reliable information for stakeholders * Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights to support sales decisions and actions * Communicate findings effectively to the Service Sales team and relevant stakeholders to drive alignment and action Work Location: Singapore, Singapore Availability: Full time

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications * Proficient in Microsoft Excel at intermediate or advanced levels to perform detailed data analysis * Meticulous and organized with the ability to work confidently with numbers and large datasets * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills applied to business data contexts * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to present insights clearly * Knowledge or experience with SAP systems is advantageous * Exposure to finance, economics, business, or data analytics is beneficial * Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience are welcome Key Skills: Data Science Salary: Not disclosed
