Data Science Engineer Intern

The Data Science Intern will collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data, perform exploratory data analysis and data visualization, develop and evaluate Machine Learning models, work with Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn, assist in building data pipelines and feature engineering, create dashboards and reports using visualization tools, collaborate with AI, Backend, and Frontend development teams, and document findings and present project outcomes. The professional will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making efforts, ensuring models and pipelines remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities. Strong emphasis is placed on model validation, thorough testing, and proactive issue resolution to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs across the organization.

Pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or related field. Basic knowledge of Python and SQL. Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn. Graduation Not Required. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
