Job Title: Analyste SAP HCM/RH / SAP HCM/HR Analyst Company: TAS Techno | Aero | Services Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: This is a truly hands\-on functional role , combining business analysis, SAP HCM configuration and functional consulting . Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze and document business, functional and non\-functional requirements . * Perform hands\-on SAP HCM configuration across OM, PA, TM / Time Evaluation, CATS and PY modules . * Work with Time Evaluation and Payroll schemas, PCRs, quotas and calculation rules . * Investigate and resolve functional incidents, change requests and system enhancements. * Develop functional specifications, perform impact analyses and support integration testing. * Support HR and payroll changes involving collective agreements, premiums, benefits and time management rules . * Collaborate closely with SAP specialists, IT teams and internal business stakeholders. * Contribute to ongoing improvements in an SAP ECC6 environment , with an upcoming transition toward SuccessFactors . Work Location: Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area Availability: Full time
