Job Title: AI- Augmented Full Stack Developer Company: DIGIT US IT SOLUTIONS LLP Job Category: MERN Roles & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in at least one major technology stack — PHP/Laravel, .NET, or MERN Stack — along with practical experience in frontend development, database management, API integrations, and production deployment. We are looking for developers who can independently build, understand, debug, deploy, and maintain production\-ready applications while taking full technical ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications. * Independently handle frontend and backend development tasks. * Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code. * Develop and integrate REST APIs and third\-party services. * Work with databases, including database design, queries, optimization, and data management. * Use AI\-assisted coding tools effectively to accelerate development and improve code quality. * Review and validate AI\-generated code, ensuring its correctness, security, performance, and maintainability. * Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and production errors. * Manage application deployment, configuration, and maintenance in production environments. * Follow version control practices using Git and maintain proper technical documentation. * Collaborate with team members to estimate development effort, communicate progress, and deliver projects on time. * Take responsibility for assigned tasks from initial development through deployment and ongoing support. * PHP and Laravel framework * MySQL or other relational databases * REST API development and integration * Modern frontend technologies * C\# and .NET / ASP.NET Core * SQL Server or other relational databases * REST API development and integration * Modern frontend technologies * MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js * JavaScript and/or TypeScript * REST API development and integration * Modern frontend technologies * Additional Technical Requirements * Practical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development. * Experience with database design, queries, and optimization. * Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. * Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization. * Experience with production deployment, server configuration, and application maintenance. * Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance. * AI\-Assisted Development Skills * Hands\-on experience with one or more AI\-assisted development tools is essential. * Preferred tools include: * Claude Code * Cursor * GitHub Copilot * ChatGPT or similar AI\-powered development tools * Candidates must demonstrate the ability to: * Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and problem\-solving. * Review, understand, test, and validate AI\-generated code before implementation. * Identify incorrect, insecure, or inefficient AI\-generated solutions. * Make sound technical decisions without depending entirely on AI\-generated code. * Use AI as a productivity tool while maintaining strong software engineering fundamentals. Candidates must have hands\-on experience using AI\-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, and problem\-solving.
