In this role, you will build scalable web applications using the MERN stack while integrating advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) into our development lifecycle and product architecture. Role Overview * Position: Senior Technical Lead (MERN Stack \& AI Integration) * Experience: 9\+ Years * Location: Onsite * Department: Engineering Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership \& Architecture * Implement LLM tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q) to accelerate the development lifecycle. * Build, fine\-tune, and deploy AI\-driven features using OpenAI API, Anthropic, or open\-source models. * Leverage frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex to orchestrate complex AI workflows and retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG). * Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. * Optimize CI/CD pipelines incorporating AI\-assisted automated testing and vulnerability scanning. * Oversee cloud infrastructure hosting (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on cost\-efficient LLM inference. * 9\+ years in professional software development. * 2\+ years leading engineering teams or technical projects. * Deep understanding of Git, Agile methodologies, and system design patterns.
