Affiliates Manager

Job Title: Affiliates Manager Company: Xero Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: The role \& impact As our Affiliates Manager, you’ll own the strategy and day\-to\-day management of Xero’s global affiliate channel, across both the Xero and Melio brands. You’ll look after publisher relationships end to end and shape campaigns that bring new customers to our websites, optimising them towards lifetime value and first\-time payers. Working across Impact and PartnerStack, you’ll manage a multi\-million dollar channel and be accountable for clear, measurable returns. The Team \& How They Connect You’ll join our affiliates team, part of Xero’s wider performance marketing function, working alongside a fellow Affiliates Manager in Sydney who specialises in publisher relationships. The two of you will share ownership of the channel, with your measurement and technical know\-how complementing their partner expertise. You’ll Make it together* with product, data science, engineering, brand and our external affiliate agency to bring every campaign to life. Initially, the role will focus on ➔ Getting hands\-on with our affiliate platforms, Impact for Xero and PartnerStack for Melio, and the tracking and reporting behind them. Where And How You Can Work This role can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, near one of our offices. We work in a hybrid way, mixing time with your team in the office with time working from home, and our offices host regular boost days that make catching up in person easy.
