Others notice the opportunity, develop a point of view and get moving. We’re looking for the second kind. The team is deliberately lean, the pace is fast and the standard is high. This role suits someone who wants genuine ownership, direct access to decision\-makers and the opportunity to see their ideas turn into results. * Build, launch and optimise Meta lead\-generation campaigns * Identify audiences, offers and campaign opportunities * Develop hooks, messaging, scripts and creative\-testing ideas * Brief the internal content creator and use performance data to guide the next iteration * Track the journey from ad click through to lead quality and conversion * Improve landing pages, funnels, CRM activity and email nurture * Support Google Ads and the broader customer journey * Report on what is working, what isn’t and what should happen next * Over time, contribute to workshops and help clients understand marketing * Hands\-on experience building campaigns in Meta Ads Manager * Experience generating leads for a service\-based, high\-ticket, coaching, education, property, finance, fitness or wellness business * A strong understanding of audiences, offers, hooks and creative testing * The ability to connect campaign performance with lead quality and business outcomes * Confidence working across landing pages, funnels, CRM and email * A proactive mindset—you notice what needs doing and act * The ability to receive direct feedback, move quickly and maintain a high standard This is a small, founder\-led team. There won’t always be a detailed brief or another layer of management telling you what to do next. The role is fully onsite in Yarraville, five days a week. There are occasional weekend workshops, and some launches and events may require longer days. This won’t suit someone looking for a quiet role or a highly structured corporate environment. It will suit someone who wants their contribution to be visible and is motivated by responsibility, feedback and measurable progress.
