Workday Security Developer

Design, develop, and implement secure Workday applications and integrations across the Workday platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks while ensuring secure integration architecture. Develop and maintain security standards, documentation, custom reports, and security configurations. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, troubleshoot Workday security issues, support Workday HCM integrations, and provide guidance and training on Workday security best practices. Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and maintain reliable production support.

9–14 years of Workday experience with expertise in Workday Security, Workday Integration, Workday HCM, Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, EIB, Core Connectors, BIRT reporting, security audits, vulnerability assessment, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder support.
