Job Description
Provide Tier 2 support for Workday Learning and Core HCM; resolve escalated incidents and service requests. Manage daily LMS operations including course creation, user assignments, campaigns, compliance tracking and system maintenance. Administer eLearning, SCORM, AICC, xAPI, instructor-led and blended learning content. Configure notifications, business processes and integrations. Develop and analyse standard, custom, matrix and composite reports. Use EIB loads to manage learning assignments, completions and course data. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Work arrangement: Onsite.
