Job Description
Design and optimize Workday HCM solutions, including detailed solution designs for the Workday HCM Learning module. Coordinate end-to-end implementations and enhancements; optimize configurations; prepare technical design documents; review integration requirements; guide security configuration; evaluate new Workday features; support testing and defect resolution; and mentor implementation and support teams. Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Work model: Hybrid.

Requirements
At least eight years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and solution-design experience in complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of HCM business processes, requirements analysis, technical documentation, data mapping, interface design, problem solving, stakeholder communication, and implementation/testing/deployment methodologies.
