Workday Integration Consultant

Lead enterprise-wide Workday integration initiatives across the global Workday HCM environment. Gather and groom requirements, translate payroll and business needs into integration designs, validate technical solutions, coordinate testing cycles, payroll parallel runs and cutover activities. Manage Workday Time & Absence and third-party payroll integrations, perform release impact assessments, ensure EU payroll compliance, maintain governance, documentation and stakeholder alignment, and support Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI and API-based integrations throughout full implementation lifecycles.

Lead Workday integration delivery, payroll and Time & Absence integrations, testing, governance and stakeholder management.
