Workday Integration Analyst IQ/RI/03

Design, develop, monitor, and support enterprise Workday integrations between HR systems and third-party applications using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, support deployment activities, and maintain technical documentation for Workday integration environments. Collaborate with HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless enterprise integration operations and release management. Participate in SDLC activities, testing cycles, integration support, and cloud-based HR system optimization projects.

Strong expertise in Workday integrations with hands-on experience in Workday REST APIs, SOAP APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, XML, and JSON is required. Candidate should possess troubleshooting, integration support, SDLC, and API development knowledge. Experience with Azure, HRMS integrations, and object-oriented programming will be preferred.
