Workday HCM Technical - Senior Developer

The Workday HCM Technical Senior Developer will design, develop, and maintain Workday HCM integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI/PICOF, and Document Transformation. The developer will develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, create Calculated Fields and custom reports, support Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, troubleshooting integration failures, performing testing and deployment, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices and security standards, and preparing technical documentation. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into robust Workday configurations that support long-term organizational growth.

10-13 years of Workday HCM Technical experience with expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, Custom Reporting, XSLT/XML, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Strong understanding of Workday Security Framework and experience with data conversion and mass uploads. B.Tech/B.E., MCA, or M.Sc qualification required. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred.
