Workday HCM Functional - Module (Techno Functional)

Design, configure and support Workday Recruiting workflows integrated with Core HCM processes. Gather business requirements, configure recruiting solutions, manage talent acquisition workflows, support implementations, testing, stakeholder communication, documentation and ongoing functional support while ensuring seamless integration with Workday HCM modules.

6–11 years of Workday HCM experience with 2–3 years in Recruiting. Bachelor's degree, strong Workday Recruiting expertise, talent acquisition knowledge, stakeholder management, Workday HCM configuration, Workday Module Certification mandatory and Recruiting certification preferred.
