Workday HCM Consultant

Configure and support Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation. Candidate will gather business requirements, perform end-to-end configuration, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and support activities. Responsibilities include developing inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio and PECI, supporting data validation, integration troubleshooting, SIT/UAT testing, documentation preparation, and collaboration with HR and Payroll teams for process improvement and compliance management.

Candidate should have strong experience in Workday HCM with hands-on expertise in Benefits, Compensation modules, Workday Integrations, Studio, PECI, integration testing, troubleshooting, and Workday business processes. Knowledge of security, Agile methodologies, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required.
