Provide functional consulting expertise across Workday modules including Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, Onboarding, Offboarding, Recruitment, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Performance Management. Work closely with business stakeholders to configure and optimize Workday solutions.
Requirements
Strong Workday consulting experience in one or more modules such as Advanced Compensation, HCM, Recruitment, Talent Management or Performance Management. Understanding of HR processes, Workday configuration, reporting and implementation methodologies is required.
