Job Description
Lead Workday Learning implementations and support client transformation initiatives. Gather business requirements, configure Workday Learning solutions, assist with data conversion, support integration testing, develop lifecycle test scenarios and mentor consultants. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of functional HCM experience with expertise in Workday Learning and related HCM modules. Must possess Workday Learning certification and experience in end-to-end implementations. Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, testing and solution design capabilities required.
