Workday Prism Consultant

The Workday Prism Analytics Consultant will design, build, and deploy enterprise-wide data integration and analytics solutions by bringing external data into Workday Prism, blending it with Workday foundational data, and delivering high-impact pipelines and reports. Responsibilities include designing robust data ingestion pipelines from external sources, performing complex data transformation and blending, creating advanced reports and Discovery Boards, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate complex data requirements, implementing security frameworks and role-based access control, and optimizing pipeline performance while troubleshooting data sync and publication errors. The team fosters an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where continuous learning and knowledge sharing are actively encouraged across all levels.

Active Workday Prism Analytics certification mandatory. 3+ years of dedicated hands-on experience implementing and configuring Workday Prism Analytics. Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and reporting. Experience with security frameworks and role-based access control. Any Graduate qualification. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
