Develop and support enterprise Workday HCM solutions with strong knowledge of the complete Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. Build HCM integrations from scratch using APIs and file-based interfaces, support Payroll, Time Attendance, Benefits, Absence and Talent modules, work with Oracle, SuccessFactors and PeopleSoft environments, perform SQL-based data analysis and validation, use Java/Python and shell scripting for integration support, troubleshoot production issues, analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, integrate HR data with third-party vendors, provide AMS and production support, resolve incidents and contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise HCM solutions.
