Able to coordinate across workstreams and manage delivery expectations. Expected to work through system screens, solution details, and day-to-day delivery activities. Manager level minimum. Preference from the team was for a hands-on Manager than someone operating mainly at a leadership/oversight level. Ability to understand how Core HCM connects and interacts with other Workday modules. Able to assess impacts and touchpoints across the broader Workday landscape. Able to set expectations with business stakeholders. Able to delegate effectively. Working Style: Preferably onshore or heavily business-facing.
