Warehouse Officer - Civil Materials

Role & responsibilities :. Receive and inspect civil materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, pipes, tiles, and other construction items. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical inventory checks. Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements. Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials to prevent damage or wastage. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/site teams for replenishment. Maintain GRNs, material issue slips, stock registers, and other warehouse documentation. Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and proper material stacking. Preferred candidate profile :. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering . 5 - 10 years of experience in construction/site warehouse management. Good knowledge of civil construction materials and inventory management. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse documentation. Good coordination and communication skills. Knowledge of ERP Systems like SAP/EPICOR will be added advantage.
