Lead Business Analyst - Conga CPQ

Job Title: Lead Business Analyst - Conga CPQ Company: Epam Systems SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Conga CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM business processes to join our team and drive end-to-end business process solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and development teams. Responsibilities * Gather and document business requirements through close collaboration with Business, IT Business Partners, and Business Process Experts/Owners * Develop high-level solution concepts and wireframes, and work with the business to resolve ambiguity * Create detailed Functional Specifications for the Dev team and refine user stories with acceptance criteria logged in the DevOps tool * Document current and future state processes in collaboration with Architects and Tech Leads * Support and maintain the product backlog, with continuous validation of deliverables against requirements * Build and sustain effective, productive relationships with key business stakeholders * Respond with flexibility to shifting business needs and priorities * Train key users and ensure the availability of training and support materials * Prepare test cases, review test case coverage, and support the business during UAT * Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts Work Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time

Requirements * 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst * Knowledge of Conga Q2C (CPQ), OTC (O2C), or SAP SD/MM business processes * Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process mapping * Proficiency in writing Functional Specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Understanding of how IT solutions support end-to-end business processes * Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and Azure DevOps tools * Strong soft skills and communication abilities Key Skills: UAT, Requirements Gathering, Functional Specifications Salary: Not disclosed
