UGC Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Job Title: UGC Content Creator & Social Media Executive Company: AppZex Solutions Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role This is a hands\-on startup role where you'll be involved in creating, shooting, editing and managing content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms. * Create and shoot short\-form videos, Reels, UGC\-style content and YouTube videos * Appear confidently on camera for Reels, product videos, UGC and social\-media content * Edit short\-form videos, Reels, YouTube videos and product/demo videos * Create graphics, thumbnails, social\-media posts and promotional creatives * Manage and schedule content across social\-media platforms * Research trends, viral formats, hooks and content ideas * Develop creative concepts and content ideas for our brand * Create content around our software products, technology, AI and startup journey * Write basic captions, hooks and content scripts * Repurpose content into different formats for different platforms * Use AI tools to speed up content creation, editing and ideation * Help build and maintain AppZex's social\-media presence and brand * Work directly with the founder and team to plan and produce content Important: This role involves regularly creating on\-camera content. You should be comfortable appearing in Reels, UGC videos, product demos and other social\-media content. Work Location: In person Work Location: Chandigarh, India Availability: Full time
