Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Company: TITAN FORCE SDN BHD (HQ) Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job description: Key Responsibilities 1\. Manage and handle e\-Perolehan processes, including government\-related submissions and compliance. 3\. Coordinate and manage company tenders for both private and government sectors, including KPM tenders. 5\. Prepare, monitor, and renew tenancy agreements, service proposals, quotations, order confirmations, and service contracts. 9\. Manage registrations with government bodies and onboarding of new clients. 10\. Coordinate insurance claims and oversee annual insurance policy renewals with agents. 11\. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services and strengthen brand presence. 12\. Manage and update company social media platforms and website to increase awareness and engagement. 13\. Proactively follow up on quotations with prospects and clients to support business growth. 2\. At least 1–3 years of working experience in administration, operations, tender management, or a similar role. 8\. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. 2\. Oversee registration and renewal of company licenses (e.g., KDN, PIKM, PBT) and ensure all regulatory requirements are up to date. Qualifications: 1\. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. 4\. Familiarity with licensing and regulatory requirements (e.g., KDN, PIKM, PBT) is preferred.
