Roles & Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a 24/7 operational environment.
* Contact potential and existing customers to sell cleaning, maintenance, and AMC services.
* Follow up on enquiries and sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
* Create and manage bookings, confirm service details, and coordinate with the operations teams.
* Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints when required.
* Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and case updates in Salesforce.
* Achieve assigned targets for calls, lead follow\-ups, sales conversions, and service quality.
