Job Title: Sales Manager - Africa Travel Company: DT PROJECTS Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Luxury Travel Sales Manager The Role This is a hands\-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of sales performance, revenue growth, team development and the overall client experience. Responsibilities * Lead, motivate and develop a team of experienced Travel Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, performance management and continuous improvement. * Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. * Coach and mentor consultants to strengthen their sales skills, product knowledge and client engagement. * Maintain exceptional client service standards throughout the sales and booking process. * Ensure the team follows internal processes, service standards and compliance requirements. * Handle escalated client matters professionally, ensuring positive outcomes wherever possible. * Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes and the overall client experience. * Prepare sales performance reports, analyse trends and provide practical recommendations to management. * Build a team culture based on accountability, collaboration and consistent performance.
