Job Title: Telecaller Company: Nine Star Properties Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Make 80–120 outbound calls a day to leads from property portals, marketing campaigns, databases and referrals * Handle inbound enquiries promptly and professionally * Qualify leads by budget, preferred location, property type, timeline and purpose (end\-use or investment) * Book property viewings and meetings for our property consultants * Follow up consistently with warm leads and re\-engage dormant ones * Log all calls, notes and next steps accurately in the CRM * Share project details, payment plans and new launch updates with prospective buyers * Stay current on Dubai's off\-plan and secondary market so conversations stay informed * Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, qualified leads and appointments booked * Monthly salary of AED 3,000 – 4,000 * Performance incentives for qualified leads and closed deals * A clear growth path into a Property Consultant role, with RERA certification support * Full training on Dubai's property market, developers and our sales process * A supportive, high\-energy team in a growing brokerage * UAE visa and medical insurance Work Location: In person Work Location: Dubai, DU, United Arab Emirates Availability: Full time
