Job Title: Tele Caller Executive Company: ACCEDU Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents. * Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns. * Explain courses, batches, fees, and admission procedures. * Convert prospective students into paid admissions through effective counselling and follow\-ups. * Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow\-up activities. * Respond to queries professionally via phone and WhatsApp. * Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets. Requirements * Excellent Bengali and Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred. * Good convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel. * Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. * Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, customer support, or educational counselling is an advantage. * Working Days: 6 days a week * Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM * Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and performance * Job Type: Full\-Time, On\-site Key Skills: Digital Marketing Salary: INR 11500 - 20000 per monthly
