Digital Marketing Coordinator

We offer flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to make a difference in our community. ### About this Role This is an exciting full\-time opportunity to work within our Digital Engagement team to deliver meaningful and effective connections with our audience, in line with our Digital Engagement Strategy. As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate the creation and delivery of content for our website, app, and other digital channels. You will also help manage organic and paid campaigns to attract, acquire and engage listeners, followers and donors. You will work to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and support overall marketing and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the delivery of campaigns with strategies and tactics including search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and social media ads * Track and optimise paid campaigns and generate performance reports * Contribute to digital content strategy and lead the creation of high\-quality, SEO\-friendly content in a range of formats * Review, edit and update website content as required * Generate content for the website to increase engagement, researching and partnering with content partners and contributors * Manage the creation and delivery of EDMs * Liaise with the Business Development team to develop and implement lead generation paid campaigns We are seeking a skilled, creative and collaborative digital marketing professional. To thrive in this role, you will have: * Experience in a similar digital marketing role * Experience in SEO (Google Analytics, Google Console), SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads), Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email automation platform, WordPress, content creation tools * Solid project management skills * Ability to build and maintain good working relationships * Adaptability and creativity; you can think outside the box * A ‘brand champion’ mindset that commits to maximising each opportunity to build brand awareness, increase engagement with the community, move unknowns to knowns (database build) and move knowns to donors * Tertiary qualified in marketing/communications or equivalent preferable * A genuine passion for our Vision to see “Every life alight with the love of Jesus” Work Location: Australia Availability: Full time
