Job Description
This Tech Manager-SAP Basis Administration role at Heptarc Talent Acquisition requires strong SAP Basis & infrastructure experience of minimum 6 to 8 years with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on SAP Upgrade projects. You will have knowledge on Hyperscalers Azure, AWS & GCP as added advantage. Daily responsibilities include prior experience with SAP RISE Migration, SAP Upgrade /ZDO method for upgrade certification, and required to work during weekends to support cutovers. The role requires strong SAP Basis administration skills with infrastructure management capabilities. The professional will play a key role in driving digital transformation efforts, ensuring solutions remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities and compliance requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have strong SAP Basis & infrastructure experience of minimum 6 to 8 years with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on SAP Upgrade projects. Certification on SAP Upgrade/ZDO method for upgrade would be added advantage. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
