Job Title: Team Leader - Process Management-ECM Company: Atlas Copco Group Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description As Team Leader - Process Management your mission is to lead from the front, Engineering Change and Master Data Management (ECM) team of GECIA to deliver engineering support in above activities while Improving Processes and driving the solution-centric approach of GECIA teams. You shall achieve this, by developing the competence of the team and by reorienting the team energy towards Process Innovation, On-time Delivery & First Time Right Approach. As Team Leader you need to plan and monitor project execution and resolve escalated issues both internally and externally with the objective of delivering projects within the estimated time, cost, and quality standards within the limits of GECIA's structure, processes, and guidelines. Engineering Change Management Team (ECM) team within GECIA focuses on providing engineering support on following activities, * Managing Change Management cycle for various PCs. * + Change/DN creation + Change co-ordination + Engg Admin activity to facilitate the ECs * Material Master Data and BOM management in various ERP systems like SAP, BPCS and Microsoft Dynamics etc. * Handling various Engg processes in SAP including Purchasing, Invoicing etc. * To support ERP migration projects & establishing the New processes into various ERP systems as per the need of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Timely execution of the Engineering Change and Master Data Management processes of all Business Areas. * Create & maintain various Dashboards, KPI to Control, Monitor & Improve the Quality, Delivery, and the cost parameters. * Ensure GECIA’s contribution to improving Product Life Cycle Management process * Ensure dedicated resources / team availability for the customers * Ensure communication at Internal / External Customer meetings and demonstrate GECIA’s contribution to respective Engineering processes. * Obtaining customer approvals where necessary * Create and develop subject matter experts in various domains, who in turn can establish GECIA firmly as competence center. * Develop the teams based on the Skills & Competence matrix, * Create the Team spirit towards Driving Customer Success & Improving Business Results * Instill “CAN DO; WILL DO” attitude in the team Help Team members identify their purpose * Drive the innovation culture in the team to nurture innovative ideas and focus improvements on the product processes. * Focus on latest trends into various ERP systems and focus on implementing the learnings into our systems. * Focus on use of latest Automation and AI tools into the deliverables to reduce the time to market and improve customer satisfaction. * Continuous Process improvement using Automation, Standardization, Innovation, Digitalization, Efficiency Improvement Projects etc. * Create, Develop & maintain the Knowledge management Portals, Databases, etc. to document the knowledge about Product, Process, People & Tool. * Create, Develop & Maintain a Resource Planning Mechanism to deliver optimum resource utilization * Ensure the Costs per hour remains as targeted by the Group Management * First time right is very important KPI for this role * Fully understand & adapt to Activity based costing, to allow optimum mix of GECIA resources & Partner Resources * Bring Transparency in resource Planning to indicate the Resource Occupancy on different Processes, Projects and identify potential bottlenecks. * Define different automation projects to automate repeated processes & to improve the quality * An excellent culture * Ample opportunities for professional development * New challenges and opportunities to learn every day * A culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behavior and integrity * Drive your Career, Explore Opportunities, Realize your Passion * Have multiple interactions with different stakeholders internally and externally * Potential to see your ideas realized and to make an impact on interesting projects * Plenty of opportunities to grow and develop A Pivotal Role with large group of people management * 0-2 years of experience in Mechanical / Equivalent Engineering/Design domain. * People Management experience of handling large reporting team is preferred. * Experience leading engineering support or master data teams * Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team capabilities * Experience with operational issues. * Resource planning and workload management * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma principles * You are process oriented person * You have big picture vision for this role & passionate about this role. * You have excellent communication skills. * You are very customer focused, enthusiastic, flexible and professional. * You can work under time pressure to respect deadlines. Experience Requirement: Knowledge Requirement: * Knowledge of product lifecycle and engineering release processes * Strong understanding of end-to-end Engineering Change processes (ECR, ECO, ECN). * Deep understanding of Material Master, BOM, Routing, Document Info Records, Classification, and Product Structures * Exposure to SAP MM, PP, PLM, and Engineering Change functionalities would be added advantage. * Experience with PLM systems such as ENOVIA, Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile PLM, or equivalent * Understanding of ERP-PLM integration concepts * Experience in cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement Personality requirements: Key Skills: SAP MM, Procurement Salary: Not disclosed
