Reporting to the Raw Materials Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and replenishing raw material inventory to support manufacturing operations across multiple sites. What You’ll Do * Develop and execute raw material supply plans to support manufacturing requirements. * Manage purchasing activities and supplier commitments to ensure continuity of supply. * Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL providers. * Monitor inventory performance and optimise replenishment strategies. * Identify, escalate and mitigate supply risks before they impact operations. * Analyse demand, inventory and supply trends to support decision\-making. * Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency. * Build strong relationships across Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Commercial teams. About You * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. * Experience in Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Purchasing or Inventory Management within a manufacturing environment. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to make data\-driven decisions. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship\-building capabilities. * A proactive, solutions\-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. * High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. * Experience working with local and international suppliers and managing supply risk. * SAP experience will be highly regarded. * APICS/CPIM qualifications will be highly regarded.
