Role Overview As the Supervisor, Maintenance Planning \& Reliability, you will play a key role in optimizing maintenance performance across both Fixed Plant and Mobile Maintenance operations. You will be responsible for leading and executing initiatives related to maintenance planning, scheduling, work management, and reliability improvement. Working closely with Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Services teams, you will help improve equipment reliability and availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support the development of a high\-performing Planning and Reliability team. Key Responsibilities * Leadership \& Team Development: Provide day\-to\-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and support to the Planning and Reliability team. * Maintenance Planning \& Scheduling: Ensure maintenance work is effectively identified, prioritized, planned, and scheduled to support safe and efficient execution. * Work Management Excellence: Drive schedule compliance, backlog health, work readiness, and continuous improvement through disciplined work management practices. * Reliability Improvement: Lead and support initiatives such as preventive maintenance optimization, condition monitoring, root cause failure analysis, and defect elimination. * Systems \& Performance Management: Promote effective use of SAP PM and reliability technologies while monitoring KPIs and leveraging maintenance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Pay/Shift Range: $98,600 CAD \- $147,900 CAD Preferred* Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing teams. * Proven track record of improving equipment reliability, maintenance performance, and work management processes. * 5 year(s): Maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, or maintenance management within mining, mineral processing, heavy industrial, or mobile equipment environments.
