Mechanical Engineer

Designations: Officer to Sr. Executive. To review equipment drawing, P & ID, & Prepare project cost estimation sheet. Identify opportunity for cost reductions while project planning. Prepares and submit minutes of strategy meeting. Implement new ideas to improve operational quality and efficiency. Having knowledge about projects and maintained is preferable. To maintain master file and keep record of all project relevant documents. To update capex-status reports as well as project progress report. To report superior day to day activities and planning. having knowledge about auto CAD is added advance. having knowledge about BOQ Calculation of projects material requirement. Knowledge about installation and commissioning of process and utility and equipment. Knowledge about energy saving in utilities. Having knowledge of preventive of all equipment like pump reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD etc. Having knowledge and experience of reactor and pump M. Seal replacement. Maintenance bill measurement checking.
