The role involves designing system architectures, evaluating data and technology platforms, and delivering technology enabled change. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, system configuration, testing, and documentation across SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, Recruitment, Learning, and Performance Management. The consultant works closely with business and technical stakeholders, applies independent analytical judgement, supports integrations with payroll and enterprise systems, delivers user training, and provides post\-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Skills needed Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, HR systems, business analysis, system configuration, testing and integrations. Strong analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills.
