Key Responsibilities:. Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations. Act as ABAP Factory Lead, managing resource planning, skill development, and delivery across multi-country rollouts. Define and enforce technical standards including programming guidelines, naming conventions, interfaces and form strategies. Manage WRICEF development lifecycle, including delivery of 1000+ objects across global rollouts. Oversee technical architecture for SAP landscapes, including custom code remediation, integration testing, and solution development. Lead integration efforts for spin-off and consolidation programs, coordinating across technical and functional teams. Provide technical leadership for SAP modules such as MDG, Security, and TSW (IS-OIL), including integration with satellite systems. Drive change management, release planning, and retrofitment strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices. Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
