Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior QA Consultant with strong experience in quality assurance, test planning, and end-to-end validation of enterprise applications. The consultant will work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications or processes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities. Define and execute test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Lead functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities. Review business and functional requirements to ensure appropriate test coverage. Coordinate testing activities across business, functional, and technical teams. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution and closure. Lead or support defect triage and root-cause analysis discussions. Validate business processes, system functionality, data, and expected outcomes. Prepare and manage test data required for different testing cycles. Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. Track testing progress, defect trends, risks, dependencies, and overall quality metrics. Support User Acceptance Testing and coordinate with business users as required. Provide clear testing status and escalate key risks or blockers to project leadership. Support deployment readiness, smoke testing, and post-production validation. Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and testing best practices. Required Skills and Experience. 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing. Strong experience testing enterprise applications and complex business processes. Hands-on experience with functional, system, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Strong understanding of the software development and testing lifecycle. Experience with test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams. Preferred Experience. Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications and business processes. Understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance management, work orders, equipment, preventive maintenance, and related processes. Experience testing EAM, ERP, or other large-scale enterprise applications. Exposure to SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance or similar asset management platforms is an advantage. Experience with data validation, interfaces, and system integrations. Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks. ISTQB or equivalent QA/testing certification is an advantage.
