Sap PM/EAM Lead

Role Summary. The SAP EAM Lead is responsible for driving the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. This role requires deep expertise in asset lifecycle processes, EAM functionalities in S/4HANA, integration with surrounding modules, and leading implementation teams to deliver scalable, efficient asset management solutions for the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities. Solution Design & Delivery. Lead endtoend solution design for SAP EAM within SAP S/4HANA environments. Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications. Drive blueprinting, functional design, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and deployment. Design maintenance strategies including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Functional Expertise. Configure core SAP EAM functionalities:. Plant Maintenance (PM). Work Management. Maintenance Planning & Scheduling. Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. Calibration Management. Linear Asset Management (optional). Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management processes.
