Job Title: Sr. Fabrication Technician Company: Aktion Safety Solutions SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: About Us Aktion Safety is a Delhi-based manufacturer of safety products including Fall Protection systems, Fixed Line Systems, FRP products, PPE, Lockout Tagout and Road Safety solutions. We manufacture FRP pultruded profiles and moulded products in-house, and are now setting up a dedicated FRP Fabrication department. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on FRP fabricator who has done every stage of fabrication work himself and can also guide a small team. This is a working role on the shop floor. The right candidate will get the opportunity to grow into the Fabrication In-charge position. Key Responsibilities * Fabricate FRP products such as cable trays, Telescopic ladders, Extention Ladders, Scaffolds, gratings, handrails, platforms and walkways from pultruded profiles * Perform cutting, drilling, grinding, bonding, bolting and assembly work * Read fabrication drawings and prepare cutting lists to minimise profile wastage * Make simple jigs and fixtures for repeat jobs * Guide and supervise helpers and junior fabricators * Ensure dimensional accuracy and finishing quality before dispatch * Coordinate with pultrusion and moulding teams for material requirement * Support site installation work when required * Follow shop floor safety practices including PPE use and dust control * Opportunity to build and lead a new department * Growth into In-charge role based on performance * Stable, growing company with in-house manufacturing Work Location: Sonipat(Kharkhoda), India Availability: Full time

Location: Halalpur, Sonipat, Haryana Experience: 0-1 years in FRP fabrication Salary: [As per experience] Requirements * 5-10 years of practical experience in FRP fabrication (must have worked on structural FRP products) * Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings * Hands-on experience with cutting, drilling and assembly tools * Experience guiding a small team of 2-5 people preferred * ITI / Diploma (Fitter / Mechanical) preferred but not mandatory, practical skill matters more * Willing to work at Halalpur, Sonipat unit Key Skills: Production Planning Salary: INR 350000 - 750000 per yearly
