Job Title: Specialist HR Company: Synechron Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Role: Workday Functional Leads/Analyst – Integrations Brief: From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations with supplemental applications with knowledge of Core HCM functional areas. Job description: Understand business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution. Schedule integrations and monitor to ensure they run when scheduled. Direct efforts to improve and implement system integrations between Workday and internal applications. Utilize change management process to ensure modifications or upgrades are authorized, tested when applicable, approved, and implemented appropriately. Work closely with colleagues in the HRIS team to support testing internal changes and Workday releases. Provide the highest level of customer support via internal ticketing system and all other standard forms of communication and interaction Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and/or project methodology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is crucial as the specialist or consultant will need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from project team members to senior management, to ensure the project's success. Qualification and Skills: 2 years of experience with Workday Studio Experience in integrating Workday with payroll, benefit and background verification vendors. 2 years of experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Java Relevant experience with HR systems and solutions such as Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS or SAP HCM Relevant experience with requirements documentation, including ability to provide feedback on design of processes Workday certification in Integrations preferred.
