You will be joining the Professional Services Consulting (PSC) Implementation team for the new customer deployments of UKG Pro product and work with UKG customers in multiple geographies. We hire people having knowledge in Human Capital Management domain for projects like ADP, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday. Key Responsibilities As a Solution Consultant II within our UKG Pro Suite implementation team, you will do the following: Support end\-to\-end HCM implementation projects for US and Canada clients. Prepare and execute test scripts; support UAT and resolve defects. Provide go\-live support, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Work Location: Pune Division, Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time

Qualifications \& Experience B.Com, B.SC, BCS, BCA, MCA and B. Tech graduates preferred or equivalent in to other academic qualifications. Strong functional knowledge of US/Canada HR, Payroll, GL and Benefits. Demonstrated experience in HCM configuration, testing, and deployment.
