Solution Architect

Job Title: Solution Architect Company: Honeybee Tech Solutions Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities * Strong foundation in SAP HCM Architecture and Integrations * Take complete ownership of the SAP HCM solution, driving solution design activities, architecture, and deliverables with supporting technical leads. * Act as the primary point of liaison with other projects and their technical leads to coordinate and align solution architecture/design for interactions with SAP HCM. * Provide technical leadership for the technical stream. * Identify, assess, and manage solution risks and technical issues. * Support the achievement of agreed project outputs, deliverables, and milestones. * Coordinate with functional leads and identify/support the functional analysis required to support solution design. * Support project planning, estimation, and technical effort assessment. * Act as a key member of the core leadership team for SAP HCM initiatives.
