Job Title: Software Engineer - AI & Machine Learning Company: Amplink Technologies Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role In this full\-time, on\-site position, you will design, develop, test and deploy intelligent software systems and machine learning solutions supporting our MarketBrain AI technology and the Amplink modelling platform. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of AI\-powered applications, predictive modelling capabilities and high\-performance software systems, with a strong focus on software quality, maintainability, security and reliability. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test and maintain software applications and AI\-driven systems supporting the MarketBrain AI platform. Develop, train, validate and deploy machine learning models, including neural networks and predictive algorithms. Design and implement scalable software components, APIs and integration solutions for machine learning models. Evaluate, optimise and maintain model accuracy, performance, scalability and reliability. Develop automated testing and validation procedures to ensure software quality. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including software design specifications and model documentation. Research and evaluate emerging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to support ongoing platform improvement. Apply secure software development practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Demonstrated experience in software engineering, software development or the implementation of machine learning systems. Ability to develop maintainable, scalable and reliable software solutions. Collaborate with technical teams and energy domain specialists to translate business and technical requirements into software solutions. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related discipline. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model performance evaluation. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit\-learn. Experience with time\-series forecasting, optimisation algorithms or predictive analytics. Experience with Git, CI/CD processes and automated testing.
