Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Must have skills :SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical Educational Qualification :15 years full time education Skills: - Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.- Experience with API development and management.- Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. Additional Information:- The candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
