We are an internationally recognized digital learning organization that strives to engage, inform, and educate Ontarians of all ages. * Proven experience as a social media strategist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns. * In\-depth understanding of various social media platforms and how to leverage them for maximum engagement. * Ability to shoot and edit short video content to share on social media platforms. * Proficiency in designing graphics to complement video content. * Strong grasp of principles to improve search rankings and visibility. * Proficiency in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments. * Keen awareness of social media trends and best practices. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with our audience. * Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to boost audience engagement. * Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with different teams. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. * Passion for current affairs, misinformation, and the role of media in shaping public perception.
