Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant Company: High Ground cafe Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Social Media Management * Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. * Plan and schedule engaging social media posts. * Create short\-form promotional videos, Reels and TikTok content. * Help grow brand awareness and social media engagement. * Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. * Develop creative marketing ideas and promotional content. * Help monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements. * $35–$40 per hour \+ superannuation, depending on skills and experience. * Part\-time position – 18 hours across 3 days per week. * Free lunch provided during working days. * Hands\-on experience in social media, e\-commerce and digital marketing. * Opportunity to develop your portfolio and professional skills. * Opportunity to work with Canva, Shopify and modern AI marketing tools. * Friendly and supportive working environment. * Potential for career development as the business grows. * Social media posts or accounts you have managed. * Canva designs or graphics. * Product photography or promotional videos. * Websites or Shopify stores you have worked on. * University projects or personal creative portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student studying Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field, or someone with practical experience in social media and e\-commerce. * Assist with updating and improving our Shopify website. * Upload products, descriptions, images and promotional content. * Help improve website layout, presentation and user experience. * Assist with SEO, including keywords, product descriptions, image optimisation and website content. * Help improve our online visibility and Google search performance. * University students, recent graduates or experienced applicants are welcome. * Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. * Experience with Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT. * Basic knowledge of Shopify, website design or SEO is highly regarded. * Photography, video editing or graphic design skills are an advantage. * Creative mindset and willingness to learn. * Good communication and time\-management skills. * Ability to work independently and contribute new ideas. * Must be able to drive to our workplace in Dandenong South. * Available to work on\-site for 3 days per week (18 hours total).
