Job Title: Social Growth Marketing Specialist - Fixed Term Contract Company: Krispy Kreme Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: We're looking for an experienced Social Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team on a 12 month fixed\-term contract. Reporting to the Marketing \& Communications Manager, you'll take ownership of Krispy Kreme's social media ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance through innovative social\-first strategies. You'll be at the heart of our digital presence, combining creativity, strategy, and performance marketing to keep Krispy Kreme relevant, engaging, and part of the conversations that matter most to our customers. From developing social strategies to creating content and optimising paid campaigns, you'll help drive measurable business outcomes across our iconic brand. * Leading Krispy Kreme's social media strategy across Australia and New Zealand * Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms * Interrogating campaign and audience performance to uncover growth opportunities * Synthesising data into strategic insights, reporting and recommendations * Driving campaign optimisation and investment decisions through performance analytics * Put your creativity to work growing one of Australia's most loved brands * Turn social trends into engaging content and meaningful customer connections * Own campaigns that deliver both brand impact and business results * Collaborate with passionate teams and trusted agency partners * Influence brand and marketing decisions through social intelligence * Enjoy flexible working, career development, and plenty of sweet perks along the way * 4\+ years' experience in social media, digital marketing, brand marketing or a related field * Proven success developing and executing social media strategies for consumer brands * Strong experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok * Exceptional content creation skills, including filming, editing and copywriting * Strong understanding of social performance, analytics and commercial outcomes * Experience working with influencers, creators and user\-generated content * Confident stakeholder management and communication skills * A passion for digital culture, emerging trends and continuous improvement Work Location: Alexandria, NSW, Australia Availability: Full time
